I had a very positive experience with ACC Medlink and I would gladly recommend their service to other people. My brother's health had declined to the point where he was hospitalized. They were able to bring my brother back home; but what really stood out to me was that they allowed my sisters and nephews to ride with him.

My husband and I could not have asked for more caring and compassionate people. The hospital did not want to release him until I assured the doctors that he would be in great care and ACC provided that! They are absolutely down to earth and friendly, their reassurance in this process made it easier for my husband and myself.

From the minute I called I couldn't ask for a more professional company. From setting up the trip thru the whole way from pickup to delivery of Grandmother from Durham, NC to Pittsburgh, PA, they made sure all things were in place with caseworkers at both facilities to the safe and up to date transfer.

My 95-year-old Dad was displaced by hurricane Irma. While he was here, he suffered a fall and was in the hospital for five days. He needed medical transport, and I am so Thankful for calling Acc-Medlink. The staff that came was wonderful, professional and gave my Dad a safe and comfortable ride. Thank you!!!!

The best experience I could ask for. Scheduled to pick my girlfriend, Melanie with a shattered tibia, her dog Tucker, and myself at 8:30 pm to drive through the night. They showed up at 8:29. Who does that? ACC does! Arrived on time 13 hours later. We watched WIFI movies until we fell asleep. Melanie was as comfortable as she could be.
